[powerpress]

Speaker: Brian Doten

Series: James #1

Title: Who was James and why is his book important?

Text: James 1:1

Description:  Congruence is the concept that two things are “in agreement, harmonious, corresponding.”   Congruence applies to the book of James in the New Testament.  James writes to help believers develop congruence between what they believe and what they do; between belief and actions.  So, how about it, do your beliefs match your behavior?  Is what you believe about God reflected in the way you live your life?  Is there congruence between your beliefs and behavior?  God – through James – says there should be.
