The ninth commandment calls us to be honest and truthful in private and public. It calls us to never leave something out of a story, to never tell a half – truth, to never twist the facts and to never create a lie. At its heart the ninth commandment warns us against building a life based on deception. It calls us to honesty, truthfulness and integrity both in our public and private lives.
