God continues to work on the details of our future home in many ways. In November 2013, the City of Maple Grove announced that funding was secured for the completion of the Hwy 610 project. This was an unexpected and timely development for Northwood and an answer to our prayers. It’s significant because we need a paved road in order for us to build on our property. Then, in early December 2014 we learned our road – 105th Avenue North – is going to receive a “bituminous hard surface.” The road is already surveyed and planned out by the city and will be rerouted to direct traffic in front of our property and out across Interstate 94 by the end of 2015! MNDOT will decide the timeline for the road completion so as soon as they do we will let you know the schedule. Everyone is looking forward to pavement after nearly six years of dirt and mud!
God also provided a way for Northwood to finance our properties! Our Contract for Deed with our neighbor Kwang Tok Noh has been satisfied and he moved out December 3. This opportunity allows Northwood to turn this property into a revenue generator helping to pay for the mortgage on that property. That’s significant. We are now licensed to rent this property at 15980 105th Ave N. We have the home listed with Renter’s Warehouse at $1,995 per month.
