Final Words (6/2/2019)
Colossians 4:7-18, Brian Doten:
As he typically did in all his letters, Paul comes to the end of Colossians and lists his friends and colleagues ministering with him at the time of his writing. Plus, Paul gives a personal greeting to the church in Colosse and a final challenge. In his “final words” and “Benediction,” Paul’s words aren’t just for a church that existed a long time ago, they are for us, too. They teach us some really important truths about the ministry of the local church. Which means Northwood should pay close attention to what Paul says at the end of Colossians and apply his words to our church and our situation. What does Paul say that we should know and apply?
