Description
Parent-Child Dedication is a meaningful moment during our worship service where parents present their child before God and our church family. It is a celebration of thanksgiving, commitment, and community—acknowledging that every child is a precious gift from God. What Dedication Means
- A Commitment from Parents: Dedication is a public pledge by parents to raise their child in a Christ-centered home, modeling faith, praying regularly, and teaching them biblical truth as they grow.
- A Promise from the Church: Parenting is not meant to be done alone. During the service, our congregation commits to pray for, support, and encourage your family, helping walk alongside you as you disciple your child.
- A Foundation: In accordance with our belief in believer’s baptism—where baptism is a personal choice made after trusting in Jesus—dedication does not impart salvation or bestow grace. Instead, it lays a strong spiritual foundation and reflects a desire for the child to one day embrace faith for themselves.
