Join us as we build our community and bless our community through a series of service projects at Serve Day! We will begin the day by gathering at church from 9:00am to 9:20am. From there we will disperse into our various groups. Here's a brief list of service opportunities:

CROSS: Food Sorting & Other Projects
Various projects at CROSS in Rogers may including sort, shelve and store donated food, sort and shelve clothes and other donated items and other projects as needed at CROSS

CROSS: Food Drive
Help hand out fliers, collect food donations and load the food truck for CROSS at Cub Foods in Maple Grove.

Northwood Neighborhood Prayer Walk
Pray privately and with others as you walk around the Northwood church building and possibly the Northwood neighborhood. A prayer guide will be provided.

Adopt a Street: Arbor Ridge Parkway
Clean up trash along the road where the Northwood church building is and possibly the surrounding neighborhoods (time permitting). Bring work gloves. Fluorescent safety vests and trash bags will be supplied.

New Life Family Services
Help to bundle packages of diapers for new mothers in need and include a note of encouragement with each bundle. Also, sort clothes or other projects as needed by NLFS. This project will be done at the new NLFS building in Minneapolis.

Wishes & More
We will be making tie blankets for kids diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. All materials and directions will be supplied and this project will be done at the Northwood Church Building.

Gatera Yard Projects
Help the Gatera family spruce up their home and yard. Projects will include a variety of yard cleanup, tree and bush trimming, as well as other possible exterior house projects.

City of Maple Grove – Arbor Lakes Cleanup
Clean up the trails around the Arbor Lakes area. This will include the Maple Grove Community Center and other surrounding parks & trails. Bring work gloves.

Northwood Building Cleanup
Help with various deep cleaning projects in and around our new building. Projects could include indoor and outdoor projects as needed.
